We can only operate because people give their time, if you can spare some of your time to help others then we can probably use you! An organisation like ours takes many different people with many different skills, keep an eye out here for what we need.
We Need Meals on wheels Drivers!
Are you a car driver (or know someone who could drive for you)? Could you spare the time between 11.45am and 1.15pm once or twice a month?
If you answered “yes” to all of the above questions, you could be a “Meals on Wheels’ Driver!”
Camborne Wesley Methodist Church runs a “Meals on Wheels” service for the community, five days a week, Mon-Fri. Currently, 40/45 freshly cooked meals are delivered to a range of clients in their own homes every day. A regular team of drivers is needed to make this happen. (Expenses can be claimed)
